You guys need to stop being "******" to your vendors....

I ordered some parts on line and hadnt gotten a shipping notice yet.....


I dropped the Vendor a line and asked him if he knew when I could expect them.

This was his reply:


First I want to thank you for your patience, unlike other customers that are so inpolite. That's also why I will love to help you and I will. I'm not sure why the shipping department haven't got your item out yet. I have just made a note for myself and notified them to ship it out too. I'm really sorry about this inconvenience, and I'm really happy about your approach and will really do my best to help you just for that. So sorry that things are really crazy for the past month now. I'll try my best to bug them everyday until it's out. So sorry about that.

Thanks so much for your understanding.

Its like he was greatful I didnt send him a death threat.....

Just goes to show that you get farther by being a nice guy 'first'.

Oh yes, that holds true here at f150online.com as well... btw, all of the moderators accept $50's and $100's.

Well when I pay extra $$$ for 2 day shipping I expect to get it in 2 days not 3 like what happend with my grille. I finally got it today after 3 days. It was ups' fault but I still dont care. I want a refund damnit.

Looks like whoever wrote that has a 3rd grade education. If his/her writing ability is any indicator of their business skills, it's no wonder that they have unsatisfied customers. In addition to that, they are wrong for bashing other customers in front of you.

I thought that was very unprofessional too.

What happens and anything negative that is said inner office should not be repeated outside of that emviroment. Sounds like he is showing the first signs of being burnt out. Don't buddy up to him he likely wont be there by this time next year.

I'm only a ***** when I am sold crap fuel injectors. I'll leave the vendor unknown but I went through two or three sets of his rebuilt fuel injectors. The truck never would run right with the injectors so I bought some SVO injectors instead. The guy never would refund my money for the garbage he sold me.

GOD, they must be having some kind of shipping melt down over there.


I checked their companies E-bay rating.

15 red circles of death "neg-rating" in the last 10 days.

I still havent got a shipping notice yet, But I figure I will wait untell the dust settles before I bug him again.

Maybe they will get them shipped out after the new year????
