Some Yahoo did that to me the other night right before a big hill on the highway. My I6 engine needs to build up speed if I want to stay above 60 and when some jerkoff makes me slow down on said hill, he's getting a severe tailgate when we get on the other side.

Once you have it, I think one would make smarter decisions about how to best utilize the military; or, defer military planning to someone who does know- like G. H.W.B. did in 1991.
