People who do not take responsibility for themselves. It is always someone else fault [i.e. Coffee that was too hot]. Parents who do not take responsibility for their kids [i.e., my kid has the problem de jour].

coworkers who wont keep their noses out of peoples business. there is this lady in my group that feels it is her duty to out me on anything that I do wrong. This really "irritates" me to no END
