I fill up down the street where it's cheaper. Today it was $3.06 a gallon.

Come on man, this is a false post. The price is clearly $3.31 not $3.32

What’s the Urgent Care center for? Sticker price of gas?

Just think we still have not seen oil prices break their record. The record was set in 1980. When adjusted for inflation a barrel of oil would have to hit approx. $90 today before any records were “officially” broke.

We are still doing pretty good…

Yup . . . it's convenient that it's there . . . you're driving by, see the gas price sign, continuing staring in disbelief, crash you car because you're staring at the sign and not looking at the road, and there you are, within walking distance of the urgent care.

Nice!

No . . . HAD . . . and at different times.

What the heck would anyone do with two, at the same time?

Especially since they are esentially the same vehicle (except the '02 launches plugs and the '00 doesn't)

Now, I can sort of understand having a Gen I and a Gen II at the same time (Leeann comes to mind as I type this) as they are different vehicles.

And, even though I am prone to excess, no, I'm not that bad.

Well, I figured maybe you were twice the environmentalist as I am but just setting a higher standard then I.

Now, as an environmentalist I realize there is this HUGE toxic waste spill which resides inside our mother earth. It is known as crude oil. Since it is toxic and very harmful to our mother earth it needs to be extracted.

So, in order to get it extracted, so that our mother earth can heal, it has to be sold as fuel, with gasoline being one of those methods of sale.

Therefore, I do my part, as a conscious environmentalist, and burn as much gasoline as I can. Sometimes I drive an extra 50 – 100 miles a week, just to burn some gasoline up. This makes it possible to extract more of this nasty toxic waste that is hurting our mother earth.

I just figured if you had 2 SVT Lightning’s that you were twice the environmentalist I was…

Thumbs down Just a couple of days ago.........

.........gas prices where $2.34 (monday)...........and today, Friday the 12th of August, gas is $2.52. Within amatter of days, less than a week.

This sh*t has to stop. I'm going to have to buy a bike and drive that to work. I like what the truckers is south Fl did, and I wish something like that could be done for the rest of us.

I just paid $2.61 a gallon in NW Indiana. Gas prices in Indiana are generally cheaper so I try to get over there when I can.

On my way back, I saw $2.70 at a Speedway (local chain)

That was for 87 octane. 93 was in the $2.9x range.

Don't blame me! I didn't vote for him!

edit: got the prices wrong
