Personally, I was not very attracted to her until I saw Mr. & Mrs. Smith. She is extremely hot and sexy in that movie.

Taking a picture of someone just to publish it on the net with out thier knowing would be ethically wrong.
But if your taking a picture of something and someone happens to be in the pic then you publish it on the net, then that is alright.
Thats like when the nespaper is doing a story they take a pic and anyone who happens to be there gets thier picture in the paper.
I know photographers that they go around town taking pictures of everyday people doing thier everyday things. Everything from street performers to homeless, to business people having lunch at a patio cafe.
