SPORT BIKES..Who has em'
Ya, ya, ya. 600, 900, 1300, 1500.
Woopti do.
I'd like to see ya'll keep up with me......
On my 1973 Honda Trail 90 pulling a dead bull elk through the mud and snow back to the truck. That's right! TRAIL 90!! Dual speed transmission, and enough torque to twist your skivvies into a g-string. Your crotch rockets are useless pulling dead elk around the mountains pal, yes indeed. Sport bike. Sport bike my butt.
(For those of you without a clue, this was tounge-in-cheek. Don't take it seriously.)

6'2 230....I look like a damn monster on my 6 but to me its far easier to ride. I guess its all preference.
If someone wants a 1000 then more power to them. I just dont see a need for it. To me the perfect bike would be a 750. Still lighter than a 1000 but enough power to be comfortable on the freeway.
Tire sizes do differ on 6's to 10's. 180 and 190...yes it does make a difference.
Regardless of what you get....Just have fun and be careful

250r
69Mach, way too funny!
I actually visualized some dumba$$ riding their sport bike through the woods fishtailing around trying to catch you to steal your elk.
I do however have an ATC250R I might would give it a go pulling your carcasses around but hunting wouldn't be too good with a roaring 2 stroke in the woods. Now, talking about torque @#$%! nothing like 2 Strokes. This machine demands respect more than any bike I've ever riden!

When I went to buy, I wanted the most powerful '600' cc class bike I could buy...Hence, Kawasaki was a no-brainer. 110whp STOCK is hard to argue against.
re: liter bikes - If you want a comfortable bike, get a busa. If you want a FAST bike, get something like a ZX10R, R1, etc. I've ridden a 10R, and it's a LOT more comfortable than my 6R; but I doubt many bikes are more comfy than the heavy, easy-to-sit-on Busas.
re: size - Today's Liter bikes and 600s are nearly equal in size; don't fall for the line that 'big guys look goofy on little 600s'.
Enjoy.
