I tried that once and didn't like it to much. Went back to elbow and arm lifts with a cold one much better experience.

I'm getting tired just thinking about it but when I do get around to it, it's the Buckdropper method, to be sure.

Naw thats what I use to think too.
Now I am starting on my beer belly. LOL
Seriously though I did ALOT of physical labor last week 16 hours a day for 12 days. Moving, packing, unpacking boxes of fire works etc. etc. It was in the heat 100* + most days so I sweated alot. I didn't eat alot either so I expceted to lost a few pounds. Instead my my pecs grew about 1.25" and I gained 10lbs. Thats the first time that my pecs have ever grew. I use to work out hard all of the time 1.5-2 hours a day every day with a body builder friend. All I could get was definition but not any mass. Especially in my shoulders or my pecs. Same schedule hwe was on and he grew huge. It was so discouraging. Now that I have finally shown sign of growth I think I'm going to try and work out again and see what happens now.

I work out 4 times a week then on top of that, I'm sanding my truck, or building something. I'm always active as I can be.
