beaver meats pretty good their low fat animals so their meats usually very good protein and rich in flavor.. mmm

Let me ask this...
If everything always taste like Chicken. Then dosen't chicken taste like opposum or rattlesnake or alligator or anythjing else?
So then wouldn't beaver taste like rattlesnake?

 

That could explain why some of those beavers out there have attitude...
