Christian:

If you have the time to answer

When I lived in Sweden in the seventies large sections of the German Autobahn were still free of speed limits. Is it still so today or is the 140kph limit now enforced on all of the roads? I would have loved to have had my 99 Lightning back then as many, many main roads in Europe were speed limit free. Not so in Sweden, and I spent the better part of a day in jail trying to explain my California driver's license to some local authorities way in the north of the country. Not a car in sight for 50 kilometers and I was doing ~170 and the limit was 120. Ended up costing me about USD 500

Congratulations to both of you. Pat and I celebrate our 45th year of marriage in August, so you can make it last.
Bill

Hello Bill,

Christian is on the way to honeymoon. I think itīs ok when i will answer your question.
The german Autobahn is with itīs speed limits the same as in the 70īs. We have large sections without speed limits here.
From what i know it be like this for the future... i hope.

Many greetings,

André
