Okay i have a chesapeake bay retriever 110 pounds and i will put him up against any of the mutts out there. He once pulled a dodge 3500 out of the mud and did not even spin his paws one time. Dog said to the guy "i'll pull you out or i'll make you bleed" of course after getting this guy out he then laid down and cleaned his mule for a minute and then we left. Any time any place!!!! boys!!

I' think I'll enter my dog into this mix..

He's a great Dane/Mastive mix.... weighs....alot.. dont really know how much maybe 150-165..maybe more. But he is huge..
people come over and he runs at them and knocks them to the floor.. even though he wouldnt bite anyting, people sure do freak out when they see him...

With that said, I think I have a solution to the whole pulling issue. Forget pulling with a tow strap, chain, etc. Put them face to face, bumper to bumper and let them rip in 'forward'. Be sure to post some pics of the aftermath.
Make sure the guy with the Ford puts on a snowplow before he shows up.

Hey, I used to have a Chessie. Great dogs, will brave any weather or any terrain for their owner. Truly great dogs.

I have an 05 kingranch completely stock. well we hooked up, both in 4low and one of our friends said go, so we went. we didnt really go anywhere at first because we were on extreemly hard limerock but after about 4 sec he started pullin me his way slowly, so he beat me, i was kinda mad, but we all think if i had better tires i would have won, his footprint was about 4 inches wider then mine, not to mention the better tread, so we are going to hook up in about a month when i get my 35s on and we will see who will win, im going to pull that dodge backwards so fast, i cant waite. i might also add i only had a qtr tank and he had a half of tank so he prolly weighed a bit more that night, but like i said just waite, according to maggazines i should be able to pull more then him so we will see, i will keep yall posted!

and finally i will add, after we hooked up and i lost, his dad, who drives a ford also i might add, told him to hook up the chain to one of his trucks. that night he was in the old 4 door powerstroke, long bed, with 35 superswamper ssrs. haha, he told his sone he would keep it in 2 wheel drive and he did. i couldnt believe how strong that deseil was, it pulled that dodge backwards like it wasnt even there, i mean like nothing, and that was only 2 hi, i cant imagine 4low. anyway, tony, my friends dad, claims that old truck will pull more then the new ones, he ownes both so i guess he would no. ALL IN ALL i may have lost the battle, but FORD won the war!!

I would wager heavily, that before the chain was hooked up, someone said "Hold my beer" followed closely by "Hey y'all, watch this".
