Height & Weight
I read in another post that Dzervit was "too big" to get into some car or another- that made me wonder just how big you guys are. I'm a pretty big dude- and that's good because no one messes with me- which is also good because I'd probably get my butt kicked since I haven't had a real fist-fight since 1982; I won, but that's not the point!
My size brings me peace!!!
Anyway; without this becoming (Fat B@$tards II), what's your height & weight.
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 295, I just had lunch so maybe 298.
Muscle to Fat Ratio: 75:25 or (3:1)

I'd like to understand your forumla for muscle to fat ratio... I mean, taking your lean body mass to fat doesn't really count since that's bones & organs as well... how on earth do you isolate how many lbs of pure muscle you have?!

6 feet and I'm 200 pounds even. I couldn't tell you what my muscle fat is? I go to the gym about 5 days a week for about hour 1 1/2. I run about 2.5km afterwards.

Tell me you played Pro Football or Basketball; I'd be dunking on Kobe & Shaq tonight if I'd gotten that tall!
It was just a guess- nothing scientific...
I stopped that when I stopped getting taped in the Army.
I wasn't supposed to weigh over 211 for my height, and 191 was considered ideal for my height. So, since I was always 235-250 I had to get taped to make sure my body fat ratio was within Army standards.
I saw a lot of people eat themselves out of the Army though- that's one way to get out if you don't want to do your entire enlistment...
