Lean and cut. If I had to guess I'd say between 6-10% total body fat. I've never been above 12%.

Huh... I thought Cowboys were bigger... wimp.
Not real cowboys!

Real Cowboys work from before sun up until way after dark. They eat when they wake up, they take a snack to the fields for lunch, then eat when they get back to the house and thats it. On that diet and constant work out schedule you really can't be to big.
A bigger Cowboy is probably either a lazy out of work cowboy or he is old enough to be respected on the ranch so he is used for his knowledge Cowboy.

Started training again 6 Months ago. Hope to hit 205 by end of summer.

The guy I work with is 5'6", about a 170 lbs., and is currently benching 350. I dropped off for awhile, and now I'm trying to catch up to him. It's hell being 30 something.

I'm 31 and I play softball, well, here lately when my heart rate gets a lil high, I start to see double, and I cant focus. Does this mean I am diabetic or something? It does run in my Mom's side of the family.

As for stone cold, yeah with my duty ball cap on, I appear to have no hair even though there is a little. Not sure why they associate me with him, I ain't nowhere that big...
