6'5", 330lbs.

In the old days (old being October, 2004) I was hovering around the 300 mark. With the help of the 99 cent menu at McDonalds and a little winter weather, I picked up 10%. Again.

I recently moved to Chicago from Minnesota. It becomes very obvious very quickly that all food in Minnesota is essentially the Norwegian interpretation of it. I finally know what pizza really is--and I'm going back for 2nds.

Right now 6'2", 207, about 9% fat.

At my largest I was 228 about 10% fat and I was the smallest guy on my shift by 2" and 30 lbs.

haha, yeah my whole family is skinny. I have pretty much no body fat, just a big unfilled frame.
