If I would have had the idea... since I always carry atleast 1 digi camera. My cellphone is always with me, there is a cheap P & S Digi in my glove box, and often my high end digi P & S or SLR is with me too. If I'd thought of it and seen the oppurtunity I would have taken a pic of the road kill. Taken a pic of a marquee sign some where. Brought them back and downloaded from the card. then with PS I would have put the marquee on the road side, changed the text on it. 30 mins tops and since it's digital "no film" so no out of pocket $ cost. If one person smiles because of it then it would be 30 mins well spent to me.

Lifes to short for me to be serious all the time, I often do things like that for the sole purpose and no other than for Sh*ts & Grins!

 

ACTUALLY, i dont think im in any trouble at all, but thank you for the consideration but ill handle my own business from here on out, that cool with you? as for me challenging the moderation, no... i never challenged it.. the only thing i challenged was that i didnt think it was right for anyony to complain about our using a pic of some bikini chick to gawk at.... and use a lawsuit as a means of starting controversy in the thread... and since i believe almost 100% of the pics tossed around in this board are "copyrighted" we may as well shut down the "IMG" button in the reply box...

In 1Bad97F150 defense... I dont think it was all his doings that shut the thread down...I think it was everybodies, mine and everybody elses too. It was doomed from the first post on it... it was only a matter of time... It didn't take a rocket scientist to see it coming...Just be glad it lasted as long as it did!

all my doings? man, NONE of what is on that thread is my doings!!!!!! all the pics i posted were hosted by my OWN picture host, and they were uploaded off my hard drive.... so there is no tracing any of those pics to anywhere, because the names were changed from the start (as i picked em all up from other web forums and other sites) and i hosted them myself, so if you right click on em they all say "PHOTOBUCKET" so sorry to tell you guys, if anyone is innocent for posting pics in the T or A section, it was me!

my bad man, i didnt mean to come off as smackin you down for it lol i was only stating that i dont believe i was at fault in this... simply because of the precautions i take... almost seemed like i was getting blamed for it is all, no flame intended by it or anything, thanks for the backup though i just dont want people thinking it was me that took out our nicely "bubblefied" thread!

 

No prob...It seemed like you were being the escape goat to me too...But it was all of our faults together..I had some posted that I had scabbed off the net changed the file names and added to my host too. But they were not pics I had taken nor can I confirm the original photographer or site that they came from, most all of us had some on there like that. The only ones that were innocent were the ones that posted the pics they had taken of thier truck at Hooters with the waitresses or in the car shows with show girls. Which I can only remember about 5 or less pics out of the 30 some pages on that thread. Therefore it was ALL of us, as in everyone, not you or I or anyone inpaticular.

 

 

 

 

nah, dun lock it i wanna find a local hooters once i finish my truck.... im gonna take MASSIVE amounts of pics lol i want EVERY waitress in the building crawling on it... i dont care if i have to tip them for doing it lol
