Except for A, did you bother reading the threads for which you posted the URL? They're about lightnings and the Lightning's performance.

The duplicate was an honest mistake ... Sorry about that

And that's just the first three pages !!!
None of those posts have a single thing to do with Lightnings
OTHER than the fact that they are "Lighting Brother" related.
As were the ones that were moved.
Now, I know facts will never influence those that have
already closed their minds to discussion, but:
A. If you move a post to general, the search engine and the
server STILL have to index it, so what's the difference? It still
takes up space ...
B. The people (customers) that use the site are the reason for
it's existence. If any people are driven away, then the vendors
no longer have as many in their audience. Regardless of WHY
they left, they were potential sales to the sites Supporting
Vendors.
C. The "leave it for a day" seemed a very easy thing to do
to make a compromise with everyone's requirements.
D. Put up a poll in the Lightning Forum and see how many
of your "CUSTOMERS" read other forums. Simple, huh? That
way you and the webmaster could judge what the "right"
solution might be.
Very Best Regards,

Very Best Regards,
Thread 1: Is a Lightning owner giving other Lightning owners discounts on new Lightnings. (If they choose not to use the discount on a new Lightning that isn't my problem.)
Thread 2: Is a thread where a Lightning owner is asking for advice on what mods he needs on his Lightning.
Thread 3: Is the same thread as #1. Forget to take your Alzheimer's medicine this morning? LOL
Thread 4: Is about a Lightning owner racing a new GTO.
Thread 5: Is about a Lightning owner racing a SRT/10.
Thread 6: Is a story about a Lightning.
I don't see how you think that none of these posts are Lightning related.
Now, on to your "points"...
Point "A": If you search for something in the Lightning forum, the server is not searching the general discussion forum.
Point "B": Looks as if you are the only person that we would lose. Not that big of a deal in my book. Just my honest opinion.
Point "C": Again, I direct you to the F150online Forums Rules you agreed to when you signed up for Steve's message board.
https://www.f150online.com/forums/forumrules.html
Point "D": See Point "C" above.

I have never seen a quote on this message board that sums you up as well as the one you just made. Thank you for that, I will cherish it always!

Oh the burning shame.... :robs jerkoff smiley:
What a statement... He couldn't think of a valid argument, so he said the equivalent of "Well, you're ugly" which totally personifies the mentality of some Lightning owners out there.
I'm glad he's on SVT_KY's side!

What it boils down to is that a few Lightning owners feel superior to all other F150 owners, and believe that they should have rules seperate from the masses. You realize that the Lightning has been in production for five years. They aren't that rare any more. In fact I will probably own one in the next couple weeks.
Fortunately there are only a few that take your stand. Many other Lightning owners have played by the rules and I think found that there are good people out here, even if they don't own a Lightning. Now if the few, like you, could figure that out too, this discussion wouldn't be happening for the millionth time!
