Wow, what an overpriced POS Chevy! I can't believe they still make those things.

My thinking? It's a Chevy. Therefore, it's a pos. If it was 5 bucks, it would be overpriced, at least IMO. Have a good`n!

 

The 06 Mustang cobra is suppose to be atleast 500HP. Heard the price is going to be pretty high as well.

the POS will stomp the living **** out of any of our fords any day of the week. No matter what, a Stock Cobra vs. Stock Z06, the ZO6 will eat the Cobra alive in Top Speed, 1/4, and road racing. No questions about it, the corvette has alway's been a superior car and will alway's be a superior car.

and we are talking about cars, not trucks. He said it was a POS, I asked why, he said it was a chevy. I was simply stating that the Z06 is far superior to the FORD Cobra. Since that is what we are talking about, in the general discussion forum, the CHEVY Z06.

I must have misunderstood this part. Sorry.

 

I've spent some time driving a friends 2002 Vette. The next toy in my stable will be a z06 vette. There will always be a place for my F150 and there's not much on the road that can replace my truck, but for pure driving experience fun, the vette is the most bang for the bucks. It's going to be a year or two down the road, and it won't be brand new, 'cause us retired folk on fixed incomes have to watch our pennies.

Vettes have always provided a lot of bang for the buck. Say what you want about Chevys, but the Vette is a class-act, and one of the few things GM is doing right. I wouldn't kick it out of my garage. I can't wait for some after-market supplier to come out with a replacement front clip with fold-away headlights, though.

I think the ZO6 and the Viper are in the same class, but both of them aren't quite up to par with the Ford GT. Its more in an exotic class with Ferarri and Lambo.

All of them are truly amazing cars though.
