That's true in as far as it goes. The USSR would have fallen eventually without Reagan. Communism doesn't work. I wonder how screwed up the world would have been by then? Reagan was the man that got behind the wheel and mashed the accelerator. Ronald Reagan was key in the demise of the Soviet Union. It's not just American conservatives that remember him this way. Most of the free world has a very similar view of the man.

 

One of the keys to Reagan winning the cold war was Capitalism. Yes my friends evil Capitalism was one of the key ingredients that won the cold war. Reagan’s 600 ship Navy, or working towards that as well as building up the military and his Star Wars initiative helped do in communism.

In other words we out spent the commies. They could not keep up and basically went bankrupt trying to do so and now because of Capitalism the world is a safer place then it was during the 80’s…

I saw the presentation, and I understand where they got the notion from-

I can still vividly remember my wife calling me that morning as I had just shifted my body into full-sleep mode having worked all night. The phone startled me awake, and when I answered her words were: "We're going to war!" I said- Say-what? "Somebody just bombed the World trade center and the Pentagon, we're going to war! Turn on the TV!!!" So I did- I was under-whelmed at first; I saw a black smoking hole in both buildings, a small black smoking hole. I thought someone had set off two brief-case bombs. It didn’t look too bad. I asked- what happened? She said someone flew planes into the WTC & Pentagon. They were showing repeats and man~ to see a freaking 757 & 767 literally disappear- DISAPPEAR, into a building, not once, but twice- left me awestruck.

I wondered how could something so big leave a hole so small- but it did, not once- or twice, but three times (WTC & Pentagon). I was equally stunned to see the buildings collapse- after all, from the outside the damage didn't look severe. They said the WTC was built to withstand a hit from a Boeing 707 (Which is no small plane- don’t let the nomenclature fool you), but it is obviously not as heavy as a 757 or 767, even though the 707 (web- http://www.boeing.com/commercial/707family/product.html was a 4-engined aircraft. Structural engineers said the building would not have collapsed was it not for the ensuing inferno that warped the steel and caused it to flex, thus the ensuing “pancake” action each floor took upon the other on the way down. The concrete protected the steel for a while, but he heat was too great in the end.

Do I believe the conspiracy theorists? No- I still remember the interviews from back then with eye witnesses seeing the plane flying so low and so fast, many thought it would fly apart since planes that size are not meant to fly that fast at such a low altitude (The structure isn’t supposed to be able to withstand it (air too dense).

Thinking back, YaHoo! had still footage of the plane before it flew into the pentagon back then. At 500 MPH, it would seem like a missle- we’re used to seeing plane on approach or departure when they’re high above us, and moving 180 – 200 MPH. Bring one in low at 500+, and you won’t see much of it. At that point, it was a missle. But- I agree, the wake should have tossed some nearby cars & people around….. The wake from a plane is so strong, they try to keep other (passenger) planes at last 5 miles apart to stay out of the wake…

 

This video isn't debating the fact that the terrorist stole at least 3 planes right? the ones for the WTC and the other one in Pennsylvania? why would the terrorists use something else for the pentagon?

And if it was something else, that would be quite the coincidence as far as timing...
