All the same sad to see this happen to anyone. I don't like some of the stunts squids pull on the road, but I'd rather not see them pay the ultimate price for what they were doing. Some serious road rash and ghost payments on a totalled bike should be a good enough price tag. Everyone goes home sooner or later is the end goal.
