Rock Pick, I understand you don't like Dr. Phil... but seriously... are there some unresolved issues between you and your past? 
Was there some significant event as a child that you have never really grown past...? If you don't feel comfortable talking about it in front of everyone, it's ok, just e-mail me sometime.
