Believe or not, pretty good. I am lucky to be with a good company in a good subdivision. I have only been doing it for about 2 years but I am carrying more homes than I ever have. I have 15 going right now. We are still profitable, but things are tight. I spent all day today cutting labor prices 20%.

Well that is what my boss requested. Some trades got it down that low. All of them took at least a 12% paycut. We are one of the few builders in town and actually building AND paying their bills so they accepted it.

I posted awhile back and said I worked for 7-11. Then I got fired and have been out of work. Till now. I start my new job Wednesday at CompuCom doing IT support for the City of Dallas. More money, better hours and better benefits. My modding days are back on!
