How do you read F150Online?

* Begin at General Discussions
* Take a peek at "Engine" and look for money saving tips, and ways to make more power. Also this is a good place to read about other peoples misfortunes and be happy it isn't you.
" wow, glad that aint me that blew my engine"
* Next stop is *V6 Engines" - I visit here when I have ample time, and enjoy reading all the V6 Vs V8 kill stories.
* Now it's onto "General Care" here you can find the eternal "which wax is best argument", and since everyone knows Liquid Glass is #1, I make a post about it, and move along.
* Next stop is "Chips". I read Neal's "kill stories" here with the same regard I watch Van Dam beat up on a room full of bad guys.
Wouldn't it be cool to do that? I think to myself, take that you punk! Want some more? There's more where that came from.
My final stop is normally the Lightning forum, I like watching the guys yell and scream at each other, and I especially enjoy watching the videos people put up.
I used to read the KingRanch forum, but learned rather quickly that it's a bunch of old farts, and it's really a club called "check out my supple leather seats" (haha, j/k rp)

I normally click on every category, and see if there's anywhere I can help out, if I can't, I move along.
I love this place.

Habibi

I usually just read the L forum.

This is probably the first time in two months I have ventured outside of there.

I pretty much do the same as you Habibi. I like to cruise around and help out if i can and of course listen to the horror stories generated and sit back in disbelief at times wondering "how that ***** happens".

Mistergadet: You certainly came out of the L forum swinging. Nice to hear form you.

And as always its great to come to f-150 each night here at work or at home... lov it!!!!

"View Posts Since Last Visit" and grab anything that catches my eye. Usually by the time I'm done the 20-40 pages of new messages, it's time to start over.

If I could, I'd spend hours reading all the forums. I'm lucky if I can spend an hour, and now that things are getting busy it can be tough to visit every day. I miss it all if I can't visit.

With the new regional forums, I check would the Northeast. Then General Discussion, because there is always something interesting to read. I will stop by Street Scene if there happeneds to be anything new. Then Engines, Transmissions, Computer Chips and then Superchargers/Turbos if there is any thing new. If I have more time I will stop by the Lightning forum, like others to see what the latest bickering is about . Perhaps Lightning Concept, and 2004 F150.

I generally hit GenDisc first, then Supercrew and KR, then either 04 or L, then the General Care, then Appearence products just to see what the ChlorineKid's new mod is, and reply to any that need a reply, then I'm generally through for a while... Probably at least.

I generally start at the top and work down. I'll look at Engines, Transmissions, V-6, and Other Drivetrain. Then I'll hit Electrical (spend a lot of time there). I usually skip Superchargers, Chips, Audio and hit the special models. I will check out the Lightning Forum for a good thread with guys calling each other "retard" and "A-Hole" before it gets locked, then KR and Expy. Towing and Hauling is always worth a look, and then on to General Discussion.

After all that I'll poke around looking for new members or posts by Senior Members who I respect or are good for a laugh. I like to look at Testing to see new sig and pics, and Questions for what issues people seem to be having. I also like to read posts that have no replies, just to see why no one had anything to say.

Lastly, I like to read posts by "fish out of water" members. Such as RockPick attempting to give help in Electrical.

I always start out with a search on threads I've started or replied to. See if anything's new, then on to "new posts since last visit". If I have plenty of time, I'll browse some of the others to see what I overlooked, General Discussion, Other Audio, Chips, Engines, etc...

That's what I do as well. Makes it easiest to figure out what I have read and not read on the site.

Me, I normally start out in the General Discussion forum. Then I make my way to the regional forums, especially the Southeast. Then I look for any new posts in the Questions about the Site And Anouncements. Then on to the 2004 and the Lightning Forums. Then up to the General Care, Appearance and Electrical forums. The last is usually onto the V6 and the engines forums. Sometimes I stop in on the rest of the forums, but it depends on how much time I have and if there has been any activity since my last visit or if I have a specific question regarding that area.

i start out in the moderators forum, then go to the new southern forum, then to general discussion, and to the harley davidson forum, and finish up with the lightning forum.

i do that 5-6 times a day..
(plus all the other message boards i'm on)
