Cry, cry, cry

$3.05-3.35 for crappy CA 91.... I'm not complaining, if you don't like it get rid of your truck.

It's 2x the amout per gallon in Europe. People in the U.S. don't know how good we have it.

This post is funny, the difference a few short years make, I paid 2.89 for 87 octane for my Jeep at the cheapest place in town, Costco, the average is over 3.00 for 87, 3.20 for 89, 3.30 for 90 plus. Good luck to the guys running there truck for daily drivers.

HI!... This is nothing try paying $5.00(CAN) for a gallon! Last time I filled up from total empty it cost me $118(CAN) to fill up at $1.27 a LITER. Untill you yanks start paying what were paying up here in CANADA stop your whining and be glad your paying what you are. Other people have it MUCH worst.

BUT LIKE I SAID JUST MY TWO CENTS!! thanks!!!

what sucks is that we are not paying for lack of supply but for the fear that there might be a lack of supply. the investors are afraid that all hell might break loose and oil will be in short supply......so up the prices go.

Ever notice that the government doesn't want to help build new refineries. Probably cause the Oil companies are giving the gov $$$

I work for Brown & Root down here in Texas. We are in the process of starting the engineering phase on a refinery that is to be built in Port Author, Texas. First new refinery in the states in about 30yrs. Of course, it won't be completed for about 5 or 6yrs.

I'm not trying to complain too much, but when the CEO of Exxon gets a retirement bonus of $400 million plus, and oil companies keep showing record profits EVERY quarter, it seems to me something is amiss.

And for those that tell us that we should be lucky we don't live in Europe, the reason that gas prices have been that high in Europe, is because they use that revenue to subsidize other things like health care and govt projects.

Luckily, I only have to drive mine 2-3 times a week. $64.00 this morning at the pump.....and I had 1/8th of a tank already.

Wrong. The gas costs the same in Europe. The taxes added are a lot more. They reap the bennies of those taxes, though. I Venezuela, it's 14 cents per gallon. How does that make you feel?

yeah 14 cents per gallon but they all ride camels and donkeys...... Since they got rid of property tax on vehicles in ct Im not going to complain about the gas prices becuase it cost me 200 dollars for my L and 1000 for the caddy so in the long run Im still saving.
