It could be worse ... F1 driver Juan Montoya just got his license suspended for speeding

 

man that's funny. suppose he said it was the first time he ever drove that fast too.

actually though i've been there and done that a few times.

 

Let's see.....others were going faster and he was driving a chevy. To me it sounds like you were the only one he could catch.

For the record all the people i work with DO NOT like jelly donuts (the jelly drips). Glazed or plain are the donuts of choice (you can wipe off the crumbs easier)

 

actually talked to my step brother last night. he gave me the name of an atty who should be able to get it down to fine with no points. said it's worked for him a couple times. yeah we drive the same way.

 

i just got hit with a "disregarding red traffic light " ticket for $104!! the officer was hidding in the woods at the light...oh well, ill pay it and find out what points are assessed...hopfully not many i cant have more than three, or ill loose my CDL...anyone know wht the points are for running a red light?

 

More then running a Green light...

just talked to the examiners for CDL at work and they told me that it is 3 points but you dont loose the cdl until 6 points

8 years of clean driving record right out the window

 

Get a lawyer and go for the ole "Kids screaming in the bus" routine. Even if you where in your personal vehicle, have the lawyer say you can't get the voices out of your head
