No start - turn key no crank - jump solenoid just cranks

A little background. I have a 2001 F250 4x4 V10. I started having electrical issues several weeks ago that pointed to a fuse block that had gotten wet, common issue. One of the last issues I had, the truck would not start with the key (all dash lights came on as expected and dimmed when the key was in START) but it did start when I jumped the solenoid. Unfortunately, the starter started to engage on its own randomly regardless of key position. At this point, I pulled out the fuse block.

Fuse block was wet in fact, had water inside of it.

New fuse block installed and my gremlins seem to have gone away. BUT NOW.......When I turn the key nothing happens (as described above) and when I jump the solenoid all it does is crank with no sign of firing.

Help.....

Have you checked to make sure everything is all plugged in and all the fuses look ok?

I have. I thought neutral safety switch, but would that cause a no start with the key in run when I jump the solenoid?
