Moving up in truck sizes

I've owned F150's since 1997 and have a total of four since then. My newest one, 2016 F150, was totaled in January of 2017 so I bought a fill in until I could get another new one. Well, instead i upgraded and in December I ordered a 2018 F250 Lariat. Ruby red, crew cab, 6.7 diesel. Just waiting for it to be built and come in. I've got the VIN, but the ford COTUS web site is horrible (IMHO).

Very nice. They are nice trucks. You will notice a ride difference. Me, personally, I like the way a F250/350 handles and drives. Especially the 6.7l v8.

After driving a relatives 2017 F250 and then one at the dealership, I was sold on the F250. I grew up driving farm trucks and tractors, I doubt it will ride worse than those. I can't hardly wait, but I think the dealership was off on the estimated time to delivery.

You're going to love it. Since retirement I drive and haul vehicles for the local Ford Dealership and they sell a bunch of SuperDutys, I actually put 300 miles in a new F250 Lariat diesel yesterday, drives great down the interstate with tons of power. Put a little weight in the rear and you won't know the difference between it and the F150. If I could fit one in my garage I would own one today. Congrats !
