Might try and make it out there. I thought about getting into pulling but not with this one being it's a dd also and still needs traction bars either way. If I was gonna pull id have to start replacing **** fast starting with the trans after that blows on one of the first pulls haha

I hear ya there. I'd love to hook just for fun, but damn that would break so much stuff when you aren't prepared.
I would go if I could, there is always something half to maybe fully naked woman involved. I don't know if you should take the wife..
CPtrucks may have it advertised on the army or org. Entee doesn't do forums, but is good friends will Paul from cp

updated in bold. order being placed today for the injectors and regulated return fuel system

the system includes the regulated return with braided lines, aeromotive regulator, hard feed and return lines and 90deg fittings to replace the banjo bolts. then it also deletes the fuel bowl on top of the motor. Its technically 1/2 of the complete race fuel setup since im not doing the fuel sump, upgraded areomotive a1000 pump and aftermarket water sep and fuel filter just yet.

getting a wicked deal though and im ready to go once i get the heads machined

Finally some damn updates! I was wondering IF this thread was gonna die off or hope and pray it would come back to life! Sounds like someone is wanting a 12 sec time slip! If these damn 6.0's didn't have so many problems and take $5k to make em run right I would of had me a 07! Yet the coolant and oil temps were at 15 to 20 degrees off, shame with a truck five years old and 32k miles.

YAY, I am glad to see we are moving forward! Well ya see it was a 07 f250 loaded every opition, they were asking $32k, yet have a buddy that works there so my cost was $22k OTD. I looked around for a week at doing the deletes and everything and came up with it is gonna cost me $5k to get the 6.0 bullet proof roughly. Then deal with smog issues as in were my egr is, why my cat is gone LOL. So finance $28k on the truck or find a 05-07 cummins do efi live v2 for a grand yet be able to tune a silverado ata later date then trans parts for 2k and have a 13 sec truck. Add in the carli suspension and have a long travel diesel to match my soon to be long travel f150 and match my long travel quad. Id love to have a long travel powerstroke as not a lot of folks have them, yet the cost of the damn 6.0 to bullet proof is as much as the suspension kit!

Hell get some heims a welder and make traction bars yourself!

gotta start somewhere haha. you could do the cooler for under 1K and if you did it youself even less than that while you enjoy driving it until its time for studs. hell with only 32k id do studs one at a time heads on and then do oil cooler and run it.
