So yeah, I am happy as fuarkk!! Truck rides like a caddy, literally. Not to big, not to small, performance is still there and did I say it rides like a caddy ? It has a bit of a cali lean at the moment but in all honesty I do kinda like it, and dare I say, the chrome looks good with it all as well On to the pictures.....

Justin,
I will miss the Platinum but after that I vow to never have that large a truck again! just wasn't practical. This truck will not be nearly as radical, and honestly not much is left to do. Just PTM the chrome bumpers/grill, add the recon 3rd brake, tails and mirror smoked LED's and then its on to the H&S treatment.

your old truck was crazy, it literally had everything in the wishlist for a kid who wants a big truck i really like the proportion of the SD now, cali-lean isn't my fav thing but with a lift like that and how it rides it's next to nothing!
question, the steering stabilizer you bought makes what improvement? i mounted my toyo m/ts on my leveled f150 and i have a little shake at the steering wheel at 70 mph, i figure this is expected due to the tread design, first mud tires i ride on too

finestyle150,
The dual stabilizers help with bumpsteer and simply just look good. I honestly can not tell you if they improved much of anything as I drove the truck for only 170 miles before taking it to the shop and then leaving town for 4 weeks. Basically dropped it off after I bought it, and picked it up yesterday with the lift and stuff done. The mud tires will always cause the ride to change a bit, and the vib might be caused by the lugs on the tires but could also be caused by a bad balance.
fx4,
Thanks man! I really like how it turned out myself, and once I get the chrome all covered up I really think I will be in love.

Jake,
Bags won't be on my lit anytime soon and I like the lean =) You don't see it anywhere here in Texas.
finestyle,
I am happy you got it figured out!
Blackout,
Thanks! Yeah the PTM will make it pop, but my guy has to source some KR bumpers/grill before I can get it done. Gonna trade the chrome stuff straight up, and save some $$ on the labor by not having to get the chrome blasted off mine.

thanks man, and if your going to straight up swap for colored bumpers and have em painted, pray the painter knows what he's doing, i had my bumper replaced and painted and apparently what they do is add adhesion promoter then skip to base coat since its a new piece. now its chipping with highway rocks and abuse, and i hope that i find a painter that will make it worth my time and money. in the meantime i would tint them windows!
