Tire Size and Rim Help

So I've been doing a ton of research, and I've come to a dead end. What I'm after is stepping up the tire size on my truck. Which is a 2005 F-250 FX4 5.4 rc. I'm looking at mickey thompson 325/65/R18, pretty much a 35x13.5 in an e load range atz. I will be towing a car trailer with it so i need the e load range tire and that is pretty much the only one i can find in that size. The truck sees mostly highway miles, but for 4 months out of the year it gets its share of mud on my way to the woods. So my question is will this tire my stock truck with no issues? What backspacing do I need, and will the tires stick out past the fenders? The gears are being changed but thats already worked out. Going from 3.73's to a 4.30 with the new tires. And the other problem is all the rims I've found that I like are all polished aluminum. I live in PA and the roads here will not work well with them. I've looked at Mickey Thomson, American Racing, Weld and a few others. I'd prefer a clear coated wheel and I'm gonna go with a 10 inch wide rim. Any help would be great...I think I came to the right place. Wouldn't mind seeing some pics of SD's w/ 35's as well.

my truck has 315-70-17[35x12.50x17] with 17x8.5 wheels with 5 inches of backspacing. the back wheels don't stick out. the fronts stick out a little. if you click on the camera i have some pictures that show this. my truck is a f-350 and is the stock height.

Cool truck, I gotta get some pics up here of mine. Checked out the pics, don't think I really like them sticking out. They do look good though, probably d load range though right? I don't think I'd really notice much of a difference with a 33 though....grrrr.

the set up you are looking at would probably stick out even farther if you get aftermarket wheels.

Yeah I agree, looking at your truck helped a ton. The 33's might give me more tire options with the e load range, and I may be able to save some money and stick to a stock rim.

Just looked at that they have some good stuff, they have a 285/65/18 in e. Right now mine has 265/70/17. They are only 7.5 inches wide. The stock ones on your 350 where probably 18's that were 8 inches wide. I can always knock off a set of 18's from ebay or something. The 305/65/18 needs at least a 8.5 rim width so then I'm back into after market stuff. Still haven't found any clear coated ones yet.

Actually look at the weight numbers the tires will carry. Load range letters vary between manufactures. I've seen D on one tire, that out holds E on another.

Yeah, polished aluminum rims are fun in the winter here...

I see what your talking about with the different ratings. This makes no sense 2 bf goodrich tires have the same weight rating (3195) but ones a D and the other an E. Both are rated at 65 psi as well. Whats up with that?

maybe the weight of the actual tire makes the difference.
