I got a part no. for the tool that removes the ERG Valve in my 2005 F350 Diesel can anyone tell me where to purchase it? The ERG Puller part no. is #303-760

I don't know who sells them. I guess you could buy it from a Ford dealer. I only use half of the Ford tool. You could easily make the half I use if you had the measurements. It's only a U shaped piece that hooks onto the ears of the EGR valve. I remove the bolts, twist the EGR valve, put on the tool, and use a big pry bar against the throttle body to pop it out.

OK I just did not want to brake something pulling it. It sounds like you have it all worked out I will try that. I looked at snap on and mac and came up with nothing!

We used to replace all of the ones that were giving us trouble. Now Ford wants us to clean them. I clean some and replace some, depending on the voltages it gives me.
