just got back from South America 2 days ago. I'm looking for a decent upholstry shop to get some work done.
this is going to be a long build. badges and rims are getting installed in February when I get back from my next deployment. can't wait to do it all...but the $$$ has to come from somewhere

I would keep the lettering on the wuarter panel but move the HD emblem form the door to the fender, just like the f150's. also may want to consider puting the stripe on top rather thatn the orange on the bottom, and you can either eliminate the Hd letterng on the quarters or still put them on over the stripe like a friend of mine did.

I had to kill the idea.
When I got my Tax Return, I tried for about 2 weeks to buy the rims. But the shipping for them was more expensive than the damn rims themselves were.
You can find the 22" Harley rims for $900-1,100 with tires. A real shame, but I ain't paying double that price. Even though they look awesome. Maybe when I return to the mainland...but for now, Hawaii prices have killed my idea cold.
Been talking to the wife, and I think we are going to do the Bilstein adjustable shocks front, and a spacer out back...or air bags. Then run some 33-34" meaty tires. Kind of go for a more offroad look.

interesting idea...but I doubt it would be that easy. I'd gladly pay $25-35 per rim if it was considered baggage
although I should probably hold on before doing anything major. I just discovered how much value my Expy has. It's valued at $39,000...and I only paid $38,000 for it 1 yr ago. I'm tempted to sell her and pick up a 2012 with the 5.0/6.2 motor
