TPMS Alarm question

Sorry if this has been posted before, I searched but could not find a definitive answer.

I have an '03 EB Expedition. The "very" low tire pressure warning is SUPER loud and bongs every 30 seconds until you fix it. Does anyone know any way to disable this enormous design flaw? I don't mind the visual warning, but the audible alarm is rediculous!

Also the spare tire's TPMS sensor was used on the regular wheels due to one of them breaking. The tires computer figured out that it was no longer the spare and adjusted accordingly. I was very surprised. So now we are missing the spare tire TPMS sensor so always get the message center warning light. Is there any way to get rid of that (short of getting a TPMS for the spare).
