Your probably better asking that to the manufacturer of the headers.
Just guessing that they probably will bolt up if on a engine stand, but will encounter fitment issues when trying to rest it in the engine bay of your truck. Probably that the frame and engine mount are different from a mustang. And if the truck is 4 wheel drive then that drive line to dance around too

There is plenty of engine bay room, however frame allowances are possibly a hold back on clearance. BBK is a reputable company, and have played around with these vehicles before. I would give them a call and ask them.
