5.0L mufflers!!!

I have a 2013 F150 with the 5.0L and would like to add a custom cat back exhaust system. I would like something that is Loud. I have been looking at the borla xr1 and s-type. What mufflers would you recommend?

Try deleting the resonator first, then if you want louder get a new cat back. Here is a list of part #'s for the resonator delete pipes.

I'm wanting to do duels out the back so I would like to go ahead and replace the muffler and remove the resonator.

If you are looking for an aggressive dual exit system, we have two that you may want to consider. Our American Thunder(part #817522) and Outlaw(part #817691) Cat-back systems allow you to run dual exits out of the side or out of the rear. The American Thunder system will be the less aggressive of these two kits. Videos are available on the Flowmaster Inc. YouTube channel or on our website by clicking the links above. If you like what you hear and have any questions, give us a call at 707-544-4761. We'd be happy to help you find the sound that you are looking for.

I just did a cat back flowmaster on my 2012 XLT. I took out the resonator and also installed a K&N Intake which makes all the difference as I am sure anyone here who has one can tell. It has the perfect sound, not obnoxiously loud and not to soft.

I have done a crap load to my truck from LED bar on the front & back, level, wheels, tires, rotors and pads, CB radio, Antenna Installs, Exhaust, Intake. If ya have any questions hit me up.

What is the difference between Thrush Welded and Thrush Turbo "TONE WISE", I know the welded are louder. Also, how is the loudness level of the Welded compared to a magi 4 inch round?
