Opinions PLEASE

ok guys i have a 2010XLT, 5.4L. looking to get new exhaust for performance purposes, help please? also, what will getting new headers do for me? and if i get new headers will i have to get anything else with that? can i install them on my own? thanks for the help ahead of time!

Save yer money.

No such thang as a 'perf' exhaust for these trucks - UNLESS you spend north of $2K fer full SS mandrel-bent tubing, x-pipe, dual unchambered mufflers and high-quality longtubes. And a custom tune to go with it.

Yer '10 already has a terrific free-flowing exhaust - can't beat it with yer usual catback systems. You'll likely decrease perf ( and pekker low-end torque) if you mess with it except as noted.

Want perf? Get a custom-tuned SCT X4 from MPT. Period. Dot. Dot.

x3. Your factory 2.75" exhaust performs good as it will get. Add a noisey muffler for the happy feeling, and get custom tuned.
