i own a 2007 F150 Harley Davidson Supercharged and yesterday, one of my cats gave out. i went to a local muffler shop and they installed a universal one for $150 which was not bad. But, when i saw the new one, i compared it to the stock one and it was wayyyy smaller that the stock cat. The rattle went away with the new cat but, my truck is way slower. Could the smaller cat be the cause of this or what could it be?

 

Possibly a cheaper cat, that they just over charged you for. Look into universal magnaflow highflow cats. They are usually pretty good

Look up part number 94006 or 94106. Not certain which one

what about the oxygen sensor? this one does not have it. which one do you recommend?

 

Have them weld in a bung behind it. They do make a cat that is high flow and a bung in it, but it's 50/50 on if you'll throw a CEL or not
