Size of pipes?
Size of pipes?
I am buying a flowmaster super 10 today and don't know what size! I have a 2005 Ford F-150 5.4 V8 2WD! If you know the size that would help! Thanks!

Sorry to hear that.

Seriously, what configuration? SI/DO? DI/DO? True duals? All that information is helpful in determining an optimal setup.
A word to the wise, I would consider a more free-flowing muffler. Anything in a Magnaflow or Borla would both sound great AND flow freely without the use of silly little baffles.
My .02.

On Dodge, and Chevys. Not our Fords. Straight through performance mufflers is the only way, or dare I say, straight pipes.

OP, maybe a Borla XR-1 or Pro XS. Sound wise, a 10 series would still sound good, to me. I'd want the Borla, but they're 2-3 as expensive as a little Flowmaster.

Sounds good to me! It's definitely gonna be loud, cause those bullets are basically just little resonators! I want change my setup to an H or X pipe and get rid of the resonators I have
I just bought this and it came in yesterday, everything looks like very good quality and its all mandrel bends. I am going to hold off on installing it because I am getting an STS for my SCrew so am not keeping the muffler. http://www.ebay.com/itm/140946603183...84.m1439.l2649
If you want louder you can find a different muffler with a dual kit.

C'mon guys no love for the FMs?
I thought mine sounded decent lol
It's deep as Hell when you get on it, no rasping and only pops every blue moon when it's cold. I didn't want the raspy junk....

Hey! I said I liked em! I think Borlas sound "smoother" I guess, but I wouldn't have a problem with a FM being my truck if I was just doing a simple muffler swap
I like them too! Lol. Just had super 44's put on mine 2 days ago and I love them. Sounds great to me. Had super 40's on my blazer before that, and I like them then too. Just depends on what sound you prefer the most. Just enjoy what you have and get what you like the best. Borla, flowmaster, magnaflow, dynomax, thrush, etc. Any of them will do.
