KOOK headers and Y-pipe
KOOK headers and Y-pipe
KOOK lists shorty headers and a Y-pipe with integrated high flow cats for my 2010 F-150. I've never heard of KOOK. Are they any good? Anyone tried either the headers or the Y-pipe? I'm thinking of running both (or maybe just the Y-pipe off the factory manifold) into a SISO system. Has anyone tried this?
Thanks.
Thanks.
Kooks has been around awhile, good products. Shorty headers aren't worth the swap, especially on 2009+ trucks which already have a shorty header performance to them as is, as compared to the restrictive 2008- model manifolds.
Thanks. Would the Kooks Y-Pipe (with integrated high-flow cats) make a noticable difference in performance or sound over the stock cats?
I would go right to longtube headers for performance and sound.
