Need some help with headers.

I have a 2007 Ford F150 5.4 Liter. I am about to change my exhaust set up. I currently have a single inlet, dual outlet flowmaster 10. I am going to go with true duals with a X-pipe and dynomax bullet muffetrs with 4"x18" tips. And some magnaflow Hi-flow cats. I am wondering if I will have trouble with installing headers with this set up. Also, what is a good brand for headers? Thanks guys!
