Headers installed!
Boy, what a project this exhaust swap has been!
I finally found a shop willing to do the header install for a reasonable price where everyone involved knew what to expect with the job. The shop was highly recommended by folks who've used them and also by other shops in the area.
It took them about 6 hours to get everything buttoned up and tied together. No studs broke!
Here she is. Pardon the crappy iPoo vidya quality. Hopefully, I'll get some time to make some proper vids this weekend with a better camera.

Free revs at idle and the crappy quality don't do this much justice, but you can probably get a decent idea of how she sounds. Where it REALLY comes to life is under load!

sounds great! love the magnapack sound on these engines! i have one myself (vids too, posting a thread soon)

MGD & 'Brewski, y'all have been extremely patient with me throughout this process, and I owe y'all, big time! I won't forget it.
Needless to say, I went for a good, long drive last night after I picked her up. Anybody wanna buy a perfectly good head unit? Won't be needing mine.

Man that sounds great! Very aggressive / pissed off sounding! So deep and throaty when it idles down. You've gotta be stoked man!!! I had to run it through the home steero, sorry to say the girl wasn't as excited as I was, probably cause our daughter is sleeping??? Congratulations man!
