You know I tried a couple of different times to capture the sound of it on the Canon Powershot camera I have, but it never seems to sound as it does in real life. Would you have any tips I might try for better sound?ie:camera position-distance/height.

Alright, i want to go with the OBX Long Tube Header. I tried contacting racingpartsdepot. for over a week with no response ( are they a legit company?) contacted Eracingzone and they claim there is no such thing as a long tube header for my type of truck and only had a 2 piece setup, and that a header is only long tube if you buy the WHOLE kit?! WTF is he talking about?
If anyone can recommend a good place to order the OBX long tube header kit or just the heads that would help me out a lot.

Get This! i ordered from them 3 days ago and i have yet to receive a tracking number. all i got was a order number. Tried calling for the past 3 days now and no answer. tried emailing them to but no answer. starting to wonder if i should file a claim against sparktechmotorsports... i did go through my paypal account so i could have the chance to report a fraud incident if it were to come to that level. Anyone else have problems with these guys?

 

Meh...3 days? IMHO, that's not enough to get terribly worked up about.

However, I will say that the main reason I didn't go with the OBX kit when I was shopping is because none of their 'retailers' seemed reputable, dependable, or trustworthy.

I tried for days and days to reach all of the retailers they listed as authorized dealers...phone, email, etc. Hell, I even called OBX and explained my issue with the complete lack of communication. In all that time, I only got one email from one of them, and it didn't answer my question.

I thought, 'If I'm having this much trouble trying to get someone to help me when I'm looking to buy their product, how much trouble will I have if I actually have a problem with it?'

All of that is a huge part of my decision to go with the Pacesetter instead. Good luck, and keep us posted!

 

Good NEWS! just got a instant message via (AOL) from the sparktec team and they told me that my order will be processed by the end of today. they are just waiting for the fedex guy to pick it up and i should receive my tracking info by the end of today. will keep all posted U2D

 

Not yet, I hate that as well. I've noticed that some may take up to 5 days. But I think you have to wait 10 days. That may just be with eBay, not sure if Paypal is different. Never had to do that yet. Also, depending upon who you purchase from, you may not get a tracking number. To provide a tracking number, it cost the seller a little more. But, very little. Some are cheap tho.

I would wait a little more. No answer at the store ? That number probably isn't in service, not with them. But, they have to have a good number. Search them on the net, your bound to find another. Yea I would search around for a different number.

got the tracking info. now lets see if it comes complete.....or missing any parts or damaged.
