Stock exhaust leaking on an '06, first i've heard of that.

Anything performance designed in stainless. Magnaflow, Borla, Corsa, all depends on what tone you want. Tone? Magnaflow. Aggression? Corsa. Mix of the two? Borla.

The OBX Longtube header kit is a fine kit, it would compliment a new cat-back very well.

shorties are weak. If your going to replace your OEM manifolds and you dont have crazy smog laws like us in California, then longtubes all the way.

I don't think that longtubes would be legal then.

If you get the catted OBX kit you'll throw codes. I know because mine did. The clamps on the kit are junk too, have them welded.

Why not? As long as the catalytic converters are compliant and emissions capable they should be fine. Its the cats that will matter if it can pass or not. Obviously OEM cats won't fit.
