He's trying to sell you on what they have in stock. Lame.

A local shop around here can do a complete mandrel bent full stainless setup with dual magnapacks for less than $500 and they are the ONLY shop with mandrel bending machines.

It's crazy how much shops take advantage of unknowing customers. One shop yesterday tried to sell me a Magnapack #14419 for $120. I told him I could get it online for $63 shipped and his response was, and I quote, "ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!?! F**K...BUY IT!".

thats what i figured.. So around 2-300 for just the piping and labor should be about right for full stainless?

It probably depends on where you are at/supply and demand. Where I am, the Aluminized stuff seems more expensive than the stainless steel. lol

What'd you end up doing? I got mine done last Thurs w/ stainless for $500 incl labor.

local shop quoted me $400-450 for 409ss tubing for my true dual setup...

gonna have it installed in a couple weeks...

Going to be about $320 or so for T-304 installed & fabbed mandrel for me. SI/DO too.

still not home yet but in FLORIDA!!! back in the united states.. feels freaking amazing! should be home on saturday, so next week i should have the exhaust done!
