Need Help.. HAVE to replace Flowmasters.. THREE Freaking leaks

Well guys looks like i have THREE freaking rust holes in my flowmaster exhaust... WTF?! I was wanting to replace the exhaust anyways, just didnt really plan on doing it right now..

I really wanted to go with a ROR with High flow maggies setup, but cant drop the dime on the ROR right now.. SO, what do you guys suggest?! I want something that sounds similar to the ROR, can only get louder/deeper, dont want quieter..

I have read the exhaust guide and used the search function but cant freaking decide what to do.. Every new thread i read gives me a new idea!!

PLEASE HELP.

I would like to spend less than $500 for a kit.. OR, if you guys dont think Mandrel bends will make hurt me all that much, i can have the local shop do it.. I would like the 45 setup for the exit..

I am pretty sure if i can get the High Flows, Magnapacks and Tips for under $300, i can get the local shop to weld up the piping for around $150.. ONE question though.. They dont do mandral bending, do you guys think this is going to make a difference in sound/performance?

Make sure to go 2.5in diameter pipes and you'll be fine. Dual 2.5in pipes will have more than enough flow for our engines.

Thanks UNC! I wasnt sure if the non-mandrel bends would hinder anything or not.. Ive heard that 2.5" non mandrel bent piping is like 2" mandrel bent.

That's the 3" in / 3" out part number I put up. The 2.5" in / 2.5" out is #10416.

Hope this helps.

Maybe a rear cat delete and then switch the 2 in front to high flows. You could always see how your truck sounds with just the rear cat delete and then add the high-flows later if you want more volume. Not sure about the tune question.

Rear O2s should already be turned off from the custom tune.

The fronts are already hi-flow cats technically, no resonating, just the catalyst. He would be wasting money switching them out. My old truck was proof of the non resonated part there
