Louder...

Magnaflow 2 1/2" "Y pipe" (p/n 10768) to Dynomax Bullet, turn-down with 4" x 24" stainless tip. As loud and deep as you'll get. I have the 4.6L, so I'm running 3" straight pipe...lost a little too much low-end, but I think it's mostly the heat. Maybe I should have gone with the 2.5" "Y".

BTW JDM your F-150 doesn't have 230 if its an unmodified 4.2L it has 205, just a little FYI. Basically the only thing that you can do after exhaust is the y-pipe or true duals through an H. Hope that helps, and dont expect immediate answers from people hear, it doesn't get updated as often as you think!
