It does, but what you will actually notice is very minimal. Dyno sheet numbers are a different story.

Very minimal gains, mostly only gains from the '97 - '03 cat guys. Mostly a noise gain.

I noticed a few tenths. Nothing major. I just love the sound. I'm trying to keep myself content until I can do Lt's after college. Part of me still wants it louder. My 14" maggie sounds amazing, but I'd like it a bit louder
