Pacesetter #70-2227 for 99-03 5.4L 4X4

These are the headers I put on my '97 4.6 4X2. No clearance issues whatsoever and I put them on in a day. I used KS-3 concentrated paint stripper from Home Depot to get the shipping paint off. Paint came off no prob and then sprayed on 3 coats of VHT ceramic header paint, cured them on the vehicle and now they look REAL nice. FYI if ur ever going to connect the EGR the Pacesetter EGR hole is a 3/4 by 14 threads/inch female. The EGR bolt on a 4.6 is a 1/2 by 16 threads/inch.

Passenger side no problem

Driver side no problem

Painted and ready to go

It doesn't really look like it matters now since they're making LT's for the 4.6.
All the 4.6 4x4 guys have problems with the 70-2227 LT's.
