Will I need a tune?

Removing the rear cats and running a single 3",thru flowmaster single chamber and then to probably a 4 or 4.5 tip.Will this need a computer tune?

No. But later on if you custom tune ( if not already tuned aftermarket ) throw the cat specs in there so they delete the rear O2 readings and add to the fuel ratio if needed for more torque.

Possibly if your front cats are old...

Mine with close to 100,000 miles are still within Ford parameters, so no CEL.

With your model it is possible, but more of a 50/50 chance. Depends on the emissions pkg you have, and the sensors condition.
