Muffler issue.

I got a 04 5.4...and right now it has true duals...straight cats. it had pipes all the way out the back and angled out the sides, but when putting my lift on it was in the way. so, i have two pipes that just end right over my axle. i was planning on going back with a muffler. i'm more of a flowmaster kinda guy.

my issue here is do i go with a dual in dual out? or two single in single out???? money is somewhat of an issue...but, i want the best i can get. any ideas?

Dual single in/out mufflers sound, and perform better. Want a louder than Flowmaster sound with performance? Dynomax Bullets.

^ At a boy! Borla Pro XS center/offset 2.5" #40358. They are 14" long oval mufflers. With an H pipe in place of the X you will achieve a sound not quite as "smooth" sounding. It will be a little choppier sounding too. I have had both crossovers and I like the X the best. I think it's smoothness matches the Borla tone perfectly!

Keep in mind that I'm catless though...
