Need help choosing exhaust!!

I'm new on this forum and I recently bought a 2007 f150 laredo and it is too quiet. I would like to get a new exhaust system for my truck. I want it to sound good, but I dont want it to be so loud where it will get annoying when driving on a long trip. What should I get?????

What he suggested, but 14" or 11" body oval magnaflows. My 11s never annoyed me or were heard while driving highway 70mph. And 2.25" piping if you tow anything over 3000lbs

so why exactly would the 2.25" be better for towing?

utilize your low end torque. most wont notice the difference but if you want every lb then go 2.25

yep, mandrel bent 2.25" X piped is healthier for torque. Flows better than stock, and holds a high velocity, where as 2.5" is too thick for a small block gaser on towing.

Mines tows just fine with 2.5, but 2.25 would be for MAX low end. 2.5 will be better for your passing abilities and a very slight increase in highway mpg.
