True dual Magnapacks get my vote.

2.25" pipes
X-pipe
3.5" or 4" rolled tips 45'd out the back

well another question, looks like alot of people are saying obx lt headers, two magnaflow high flow cats, x- pipe, and borla pro xs mufflers. ill prob run tips out the back 45'd at each corner of the tail. will i need to keep all the o2 sensors in factory locations and will i need to perform the gotts o2 mod with the spark plug foulers? also looks like 2.25 inch pipe will be used. im hoping this will really help the engine breath better and when i get a custom tune and my edge converted to gryphon it will help me out.. i appreciate it guys.

What about this: pacesetter quicktrip l/t + reducer from 3'' to 2.5'' + magnaflow hiflow cats 94306 2.5'' in/out + H pipe + borla pro xs muffler 40364 + some cool 4'' tips ?

Feasible? Hope some that's what I'm working on!

I thought the 94106 were only used for pre-2000 f150. From what i've read they can fit the 2006 f150 5.4L easily. What the difference between the 94306 and 94106?

94306's are bigger and 94106's are tiny. Even though they are small, they still pass emissions, and also sound nearly cat-less.

And the past couple years on this site, the sales of them have been countless. Magnaflow makes the most of those little universal wonders

Yea, Borla WAS #1 for along time and according to some Hot-Rod Mag shoot out that Dyno tested a collection of the most common mufflers, -way back when. Not sure if that's still the case ? AFAIK it still holds true. I posted the test on this site some time ago after building my system.

Magnaflow wasn't far behind in points.

These are what Krystal sent me from Troyer Performance and what Mike recommended to run.

I wanted a system that focused more on the low end side of the power curve. This was my tow vehicle for many years and soon will be again.
